Conditions

We would like to spoil you for the whole of the time that you have booked. Therefore, we recommend that you schedule enough time - around half an hour - in addition to your massage time. (from the time you arrive at our studio, you do not need to arrive before your appointment) Changing, showering and possible conversations before and after should not take away from your relaxing time.

Experience has shown that an average shower time of 5min is completely sufficient for thorough cleansing and relaxation, and we recommend this, so that your massage and our daily logistics are not subjected to unnecessary hecticness and your massage time does not have to be shortened. If you shower for longer, your massage time may have to be shortened so that the next guest does not have to wait.

Payment is made in cash and by EC- or creditcard (+5€ service charge). Our services can not yet be debited through the general health insurance.. Our services are not yet available under general health insurance.

Please ensure when choosing your massage that additional options are discussed beforehand with the masseuse and as a general rule with the receptionist. Our range of massage combinations is so diverse that no individual negotiations or payments are needed - we consider this to be an expression of our integrity and honesty towards our customers.

If you make a spontaneous visit and have to wait or even come in vain, we would ask for your understanding as we are often fully booked and must give priority to customers who have made a reservation. We therefore recommend that, even with very little notice, you call to make an appointment with our receptionist, if at all possible, so that the lady of your choice can be reserved for you. As our guest, you are the very center of our attention, and we really don't like to keep looking at the clock.
