Dear visitor, we would like to ask you to help us optimise our service and help other guests find their way around. Our anonymous feedback and suggestion form offers you the opportunity to provide us with comprehensive feedback after your visit. Critical assessments in particular help us. General suggestions are also very welcome.
You have the opportunity to provide feedback via a one-time use, 7-day dial-in code created for you in the studio (or by email). In this way we can prevent guests from giving multiple feedbacks after a visit, people who have never been to us from giving fantasy ratings or the masseuses themselves from influencing their ranking. Please ask at reception or by email for your personal dial-in code.

Rating System
Our feedback form and the associated ranking system in the respective Maribelle profile were born out of the idea of providing our guests with an unbiased, realistic assessment of the service they can expect and the masseuse/masseur behind it.
As our guests are conscientious and reliable observers and evaluators and the results of hundreds of evaluations should not be passed on to the Maribelle management alone, we have spared no expense or effort in creating a tool that helps our guests make their choice and encourages the ladies to perform better.
The undoubted advantage of an internal studio evaluation tool is the unvarnished and unfiltered truthfulness of the feedback. Industry-related guest books and free review portals are easy to manipulate from all directions and prevent an impartial assessment. We avoid any influence and only remove foul-mouthed, malicious and dishonest feedback that does not stand up to the subsequent questioning of all parties involved.
Why are ratings sometimes missing?
Some masseuses do not have a ranking indicator on their profile, as this is only activated after a threefold number of ratings in order to generate a balanced average value.
